పిళ్లా రామిరెడ్డి కొడుకులు సుబ్బారెడ్డి, వెంకటరెడ్డి లిద్దరూ అవివాహితులుగా మరణించారు.బహుశా కలరా తో కావచ్చు.మరో కొడుకు చెన్నారెడ్డి 5 ఏళ్ల వయస్సులోనే దివంగతులయ్యారు.
పిళ్లా రామిరెడ్డి కూతురు లక్షుమమ్మ గజాల సోమలింగారెడ్డిని వివాహం చేసుకున్నారు.వారికి పిల్లలు లేరు.ఆమె కూడా చిన్న వయసులోనే మరణించింది. సోమలింగారెడ్డి చివరి రోజుల్లో కడపలో రామిరెడ్డి మనవడు దశరథరామిరెడ్డి ఇంట్లో ఉండేవారు.క్షయ వ్యాధితో బాధపడుతూ కన్ను మూశారు.
పిళ్లా రామిరెడ్డి మూడో కొడుకు పిళ్లా లక్ష్మిరెడ్డి 1.7.1918లో జన్మించారు.ఆయన పిళ్లా శివలక్ష్మిని, పిళ్లా రామలక్ష్మి ని వివాహం చేసుకున్నారు.ప్రథమ కళత్రం మరణించడం తో ద్వితీయ వివాహం చేసుకున్నారు.ఆయన తెలుగు పండితులుగా పనిచేసి తన 62వ ఏట 28.03.1979 న మరణించారు.వీరితో ఐదోతరం మొదలైంది.

Fourth Generation
Pilla Venkatreddy (son of Pedda Chennareddy) married Naramma. They had one son Pilla Venkatramireddy
Pilla Ramireddy’s sons Subbareddy and Venkatreddy both remained unmarried and passed away, possibly due to cholera. Another son, Chennareddy, died at the age of five.
Lakshmamma (daughter of Pilla Ramireddy) married Gajala Somalingareddy.They had no children.She died at a young age. Somalingareddy spent his final days at the home of Dasharatha Ramireddy (grandson of Ramireddy) in Kadapa, suffering from tuberculosis.
Pilla Lakshmireddy, the third son of Ramireddy, was born on July 1, 1918. He married Pilla Sivalakshmi, and after her death, Pilla Ramalakshmi. He served as a Telugu Pandit (teacher) and passed away on March 28, 1979, at the age of 62. With him, the fifth generation began.
